Your dive bar El Rio is the official new home of The Hodge Podge Lodge... bee-odge! July 20 marked the beginning of this beautiful new marriage with a shotgun bang, and The Cock-T's wasted no time tearing the lid off the place like a bottle of birth control pills. The above-pictured Six Million Dollar Band headlined this night of mad variety, but their TV show theme song mayhem was just one episode in this sleazy summer mini-series. It was also the world television premiere of middle-earth minotaurs Pfiffin rolling up a 20-sided set of their +1 paladin rock. Bryana Adams brought never-before-seen elegance and charm to the "Bryan Adams cover artist" genre, and Scorn Dog delivered another memorable "unplugged" banjo/guitar set. Mr. Dinner had the network censors mad as hell and unable to take it any more, giving The Cock-T's a blank check for on-the-air raunch in their second set.
